A UGC-style content sprint for product launches — twelve creators, three days, ninety deliverables.
Body & Fit needed a content engine for a packed launch window: six SKUs, three platforms, one quarter. We ran a three-day production with twelve creators, each with a tailored brief built around the platform they actually post on. Output was modular by design — every clip could live on its own or stack into a paid set.
Pre-prod was the whole battle. We pre-cut every creator's brief against the product page they were feeding, mapped hooks against actual top-performing reels in the category, then shot in 30-minute blocks on a rotating set. Edit handover within seven days.
Ninety deliverables shipped against an original ask of sixty. Paid CPM dropped 18% versus the previous quarter's stock-look content. The format became Body & Fit's repeatable launch pattern.
